Reach under the car at about the drivers door. You should feel the parking brake cable. Pull on it HARD. If the cable is hanging up, that should release it (until you use the parking brake again). And also, I would say you need a new wheel bearing. With the driver's side wheel in the air, you should not be able to 'wiggle' the wheel without moving the entire truck.
